Abstract
Clouds of traffic pollution part to reveal misty waterfalls, vibrant meadows, and lush trees flowing with
biodiversity and fresh air. Nestled between the skyscrapers of Downtown Dallas, Serenity Park invites
people in to meditate and relax. Meditation is a beginner-friendly activity that has significant benefits for
mental and physical health. Simply by walking outside, one can participate in meditation. At Serenity Park,
there is room for all kinds of meditative experiences for the mind, body, and city.
