How can we be responsible with our waste from the automobile?
This project ecologically restores an automotive salvage yard through various methods of repair such as repurposing, phytoremediation, stormwater management, and the prevention of contaminated watersheds from the harmful chemicals that find their way into the environment from cars. In addition, the project will also further contribute to the celebration of California’s car culture, in providing spaces and amenities for the public to foster their own car skills and social interactions with one another through the use of car meeting venues and garage spaces to work on their own projects.
