Venn: using landscape architecture to help those in need

Location: Santa Maria, CA

Venn is a socio-agricultural enterprise that works within Central California’s agriculture landscapes to restore degraded ecosystems and bring community space, housing, and jobs to people in need. This project approaches the issues of work-related abuse and environmental degradation in the American agriculture industry and aims to provide an alternative to industrial farming and traditional social housing. Venn functions by indulging in wholesome reciprocal relationships to bring justice to exploited and abused people and farmland.
