This project investigates the dynamic interplay of form, program, and concept, drawing inspiration from historic piers that have been reshaped by storm surges. Dynamic Revival introduces distinctive movement, artistic installations, community engagement, and architectural elements that enrich the Jersey City skyline. Thoughtfully framing the sweeping views of the Hudson River, nearby landmarks and the New York City skyline.
