Los Angeles is currently experiencing rapid development and growth throughout the county. This project proposes temporary public land as a platform for long-term community agency. Working with parcels held by the LA Land Bank, the design establishes landscaping and stewardship programs that build transferable skills, ecological knowledge, and economic opportunity while the land awaits development.
